Whole Grains to Fight against Arthritis
Antioxidants, fiber, and other nutrients are found in whole grains. Two longitudinal studies found that higher total fiber intake was related to a lower risk of osteoarthritis symptoms in a 2017 review.
Whole grains contain antioxidants and phytochemicals that help combat inflammation, such as vitamin E, B, selenium, and magnesium.
