1. Turmeric Juice: Take some turmeric roots and ginger roots. Wash them properly and peel them. Put the turmeric, ginger, a cup of water, orange juice from 1 orange, lemon juice from half a lemon, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 teaspoon salt and pepper into a blender and blend smoothly. Serve the finished product into a glass.



2. Turmeric Tea: Take 2 cups of water in a saucepan and boil it. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 3 ginger slices, and 1 cinnamon stick. Let the mixture simmer for five minutes and then take it off the heat. Mix in 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Sieve the tea into cups and serve it.
